With government institutions (MOH, MOIA, etc.), other health and peacebuilding institutions and donors/partners/stakeholders to:

  • Establish, strengthen and implement an enabling community leadership, management and governance program.

  • Design, develop and adapt processes and tools for peace building and health programs.

  • Facilitate the training of the community structures in their roles and responsibilities as owners of community programs.

  • Support the community structures to implement, monitor, and supervise the program as a way to transfer leadership and management skills to enable leadership and management of programs by communities.


  • Empower community structures to mobilize local resources for sustaining community programs.

  • Monitor the management of mobilized funding and provide technical guidance to enable the communities to administer and transparently account for resources.

  • Work at policy and program levels to strengthen the community to deliver and sustained quality and compassionate Reproductive Maternal newborn and child health (RMNCH), Water and Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Nutrition and peacebuilding services at the community level focusing on local solutions.
